CloudPGP | Keystone Management Group LLC

Terms of Use

Effective date:

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public website at https://cloudpgp.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Keystone Management Group LLC (“Keystone,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them before using the Website.

The Website provides information about cloud-hosted email encryption, PGP, S/MIME and related technologies. These Terms concern the public informational Website only. They are not a subscription agreement, service-level agreement, data-processing agreement, or license for an encryption service. Any purchase or provision of services requires separate applicable documentation.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Website, obtain information about its described technologies and contact us for legitimate purposes. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or overload systems in a manner that materially disrupts service, or use website forms to transmit unlawful, abusive or malicious material.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law, including lawful security research, mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights or exceptions to intellectual-property rights.

3. Information about technology and services

The Website provides general technical and product information. Features, integrations, deployment options and supported cryptographic methods may depend on specific configurations, agreements and underlying technology providers. Website descriptions do not guarantee that a feature is available in every environment or that any technology alone satisfies a particular legal, regulatory or industry requirement.

Technical information may evolve. We endeavor to keep published content accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times. Decisions involving security architecture, cryptography or regulatory compliance should be assessed against current technical documentation and applicable agreements.

4. Intellectual property

Except where otherwise indicated, Website text, layout, design and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to Keystone or its licensors. Product names, trademarks, technical images and materials belonging to Echoworx or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the Website and make reasonable copies for internal evaluation, subject to applicable law. No ownership rights, trademark license or right to redistribute third-party technical materials are granted by visiting the Website.

5. Contact forms and submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not submit passwords, PGP private keys, confidential encryption credentials, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.

By submitting an inquiry, you authorize us and the providers supporting our website forms to process it for the purposes of reviewing and responding to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a customer relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement.

6. Third-party links and providers

The Website may reference or link to third-party sites, materials and technology platforms, including Echoworx. Third parties are responsible for their own sites, documentation and services. References do not transfer their obligations to Keystone or imply that third-party certifications are certifications of Keystone.

7. Website availability and security

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue Website features where reasonably necessary. We seek to operate the Website securely, but internet services cannot be guaranteed to be continuously available or free from all errors or malicious activity.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its informational materials are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular technical deployment. This provision does not exclude warranties or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Keystone is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general Website information without independent technical verification, or from disruptions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer or data-protection rights where applicable.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data associated with Website use is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and GDPR and Data Protection Rights. You may use the footer’s Cookie settings control to manage consent choices.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, to the extent that doing so is legally permissible. This choice does not deprive an individual of mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights or other non-waivable rights that apply in their place of residence, including applicable rights under European Union law.

Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision here requires EU consumers to waive mandatory jurisdictional protections or rights to contact their local consumer or data-protection authorities.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the Website or applicable law changes. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively deprive users of accrued mandatory legal rights.
